How to Bring Home a Sand Creek Shepherds Puppy

At Sand Creek Shepherds, we take great care in placing our German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois puppies in the best possible homes. Our adoption process ensures that each puppy is matched with a committed, responsible owner who understands the needs of these intelligent and highly driven breeds. Below is an overview of our step-by-step adoption process.

Step 1: Submit an Application

Before placing a deposit, all potential owners must complete our Puppy Application. This helps us understand your experience, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a puppy. We are dedicated to ensuring that our puppies are placed in homes that align with their temperament, energy level, and purpose.

Step 3: Secure Your Puppy with a Deposit

Once we receive your application, we will review it and follow up with any questions. Approval is required before you can place a deposit on a puppy. If approved, you will receive confirmation and the next steps for securing your puppy.

Please note: Not all applicants will be approved. Our priority is to ensure our puppies go to homes that are the right fit for them.

After application approval, you may place a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. Deposits are applied to the total purchase price and are required to hold a specific puppy or secure a spot on our waiting list for an upcoming litter.

Step 5: Puppy Pick-Up or Delivery

Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. We will arrange a pickup day for you to meet your puppy and receive important paperwork, health records, and care instructions.
